Axiata and Edotco announced 600 million dollar deal

Axiata Group Berhad and its subsidiary, Edotco Malaysia Sdn Bhd has announced a record 600 million U.S. Dollars deal with Innovation Network Corporation of Japan (INCJ) and Khazanah Nasional Berhad.
The agreement is a binding term sheet deal, part of the companies' largest global tower sector equity private placement deal this year.
